Vietnamese Porkchop


With this current quarantine at home, I've been craving asian cuisines! So i decided to make Vietnamese pork-chops, and it came out amazing! See below for recipe:

Pork-chop marinate (Marinate for at least 3-4 hours for best flavors)

  • Obviously porkchops. I used 4 thinly slice pork tenderloin with the bone
  •  4 Shallots (replacement: half an onion)
  • 2tbsp of lemongrass (replacement: 1 whole lemon grated)
  • 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 2 tsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp of honey
  • 2 stalk of green onion (whites only)
  • salt & pepper
Dipping Sauce:
  • 2 parts of water
  • 1 part sugar, lime juice, fish sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 minced pepper (highly recommend)
