Beef Bulgogi Bowl


Here's a quick and easy meal you can make, Beef Bulgogi.

  • 15-20 ounce of ground beef
  • 1 pepper, 1 onion, 1 large carrot, 1 stalk of green onion, 1 cucumber
  • white vinegar or rice vinegar
  • sesame seed
  • chili flakes
  • bulgogi sauce
1. Thinly slice cucumbers. Marinate the cucumbers with 2tbsp of vinegar and 1 tbsp of sugar
2. Chop up all the vegetables. Coat the carrots with s&p, chili flakes, & eov. Pop it into the oven for 30 minutes
3. Fry the white part of the green onions. Then add peppers and onions for 5 minutes, put to the side once done.
4. Fry the ground beef for 5-6 minutes. Add the vegetables, s&p. Season with the bulgogi sauce.
5. Top it off with the sesame seed
