Kimchi Fried Rice

Shout out to Jesse for getting a selfie light to use for his gaming channel. I get to use it to take food pics!

Kimchi fried rice is such a comforting, lazy, quick meal to make. See below for recipe:

  • Leftover rice
  • Onions, corn (any vegetables you can find in your fridge)
  • Ham (or bacon but preferably ham)
  • Crushed garlic
  • Korean chilli powder, trader joes mushroom unami powder,
  • 1 tablespoon of korean paste, sesame oil

1. Cook ham pieces for 2 minutes, then throw in the onions, then remaining vegatables
2. Add the korean paste, then garlic, then rice
3. Cook the rice on high for a crispy effect. Add seasoning (chili powder, mushroom powder), s&p to taste
4. Turn off the fire, add sesame oil
5. Add a fried egg on top!
